Are you available 24/7?
Yes — our emergency plumbing line is answered around the clock, every day of the year, including bank holidays. For non-urgent work we book appointments at times that suit you.
Which areas do you cover?
We have local engineers across 24 towns and cities in England — from Brighton, Worthing and Exeter on the south coast up to Leeds, York and Hull, and across to Cambridge, Peterborough and Chelmsford in the east. Every location has its own page with local contact details.
Are your engineers qualified and insured?
Yes. All engineers are qualified and carry full public liability insurance, and anyone working on gas appliances is Gas Safe registered — you're welcome to check their ID card on arrival.
Do you give quotes before starting work?
Always. You'll get a clear price before any work begins, fixed wherever possible. If we discover something unexpected mid-job, we stop and agree the way forward with you first.
