What we do
Damp patches, unexplained water bills, a boiler that keeps losing pressure — hidden leaks announce themselves in frustrating ways, and finding them by trial and error means unnecessary holes in walls and floors.
We trace leaks methodically — pressure testing, isolating circuits, and inspecting the likely failure points that experience tells us to check first — so the leak is pinpointed with minimum disruption. Once found, we repair it properly and pressure-test the system to confirm the fix before we leave.

Your questions, answered
How do you find a leak without ripping up floors?
We narrow it down by isolating sections of pipework and pressure-testing each one, combined with knowing where systems typically fail. It turns a demolition job into a targeted repair.
Will my insurance cover the damage?
Most home insurance covers damage caused by an escape of water, and many policies include trace-and-access cover for finding the leak. We provide written reports to support your claim.
I can hear water but see nothing — should I worry?
Yes — running water sounds with everything off usually means a live leak, often under the floor or in a wall. Turn off your stopcock and call us; the earlier it's found, the smaller the damage.
