What we do
A weak or temperamental shower is one of life's daily irritations, and it's almost always fixable. We install and repair every type — electric showers, thermostatic mixers, power showers and digital systems — and crucially, we sort the water pressure and flow issues that are usually the real problem.
Before recommending anything we check your system type, mains pressure and flow rate, because the best shower for a combi boiler home is different from the best one for a gravity-fed system. You get a shower matched to your plumbing, not just the one on special offer.

Shower problems we solve
- Weak flow or pressure that's never been right
- Temperature that fluctuates when taps run elsewhere
- Electric showers cutting out or running cold
- Leaks behind the shower or through the ceiling below
- Old showers that need replacing or upgrading
- Limescale-choked shower heads and valves
What's included
- Electric, mixer, power and digital showers
- Thermostatic valve installation for safe temperatures
- Shower pump installation for low-pressure systems
- Pressure and flow diagnosis before recommendation
- Leak repairs and shower valve servicing
- Full enclosure and tray installation with bathroom refits

Your questions, answered
Why is my shower pressure so bad?
It depends on your system: gravity-fed systems often need a shower pump, combi systems may have flow restrictions or scale build-up, and sometimes the shower itself is just wrong for the plumbing. We diagnose before we recommend.
Can I have a shower pump with a combi boiler?
No — pumps can't be used on mains-fed combi systems. But there are usually other fixes: clearing restrictions, upgrading pipework, or choosing a shower designed for your pressure level.
My shower goes cold when someone runs a tap — fixable?
Yes. A thermostatic mixer valve holds the temperature steady even when water is drawn elsewhere. It's one of the most worthwhile small upgrades in any family home.
