Toilet problems are small jobs that matter — and we treat them that way, turning up promptly with the parts to fix the common faults on the spot.

We repair and replace fill valves, flush valves, syphons, seals and cisterns across all common makes, and install new toilets of every type — close-coupled, back-to-wall, wall-hung and concealed-cistern systems — with proper sealing and secure fixing.

Toilet Repair & Installation

Your questions, answered

How much water does a running toilet waste?

A steadily running toilet can waste 200–400 litres a day — on a water meter that's potentially hundreds of pounds a year. The repair usually costs a fraction of one year's wastage.

Can you fix a concealed cistern without removing tiles?

Usually, yes — concealed cisterns are designed to be serviced through the flush-plate opening. It's fiddly work, but it's work we do regularly.

My toilet blocks repeatedly — why?

Repeat blockages usually mean a partial obstruction further down the pipe, poor pipework fall, or an unsuitable toilet-to-drain connection. We'll diagnose the actual cause rather than just plunging it again.
