What we do
A broken boiler is more than an inconvenience — in winter it can make a home unliveable. Our Gas Safe registered engineers repair all major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm and Viessmann, and carry common parts to maximise the chance of a first-visit fix.
We start with proper diagnosis, not guesswork. You'll get a clear explanation of what's failed, what the repair costs, and an honest view on whether repair or replacement makes better financial sense given your boiler's age and condition. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you straight.

Signs your boiler needs attention
- No heating or hot water
- Error codes or warning lights on the display
- Banging, gurgling or whistling noises (kettling)
- Pressure dropping and needing frequent top-ups
- Pilot light going out or burning yellow instead of blue
- Radiators taking ages to warm up
- Leaks or drips underneath the boiler

Your questions, answered
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes — every engineer who works on gas appliances for us is Gas Safe registered. You can ask to see their ID card on arrival, and we encourage you to check it.
My boiler keeps losing pressure — is that serious?
Frequent pressure loss usually means a small leak somewhere in the system or a failing expansion vessel. It's rarely dangerous but it will get worse and can damage the boiler, so it's worth diagnosing early.
Should I repair or replace my boiler?
As a rule of thumb: if the boiler is over 10–12 years old and the repair costs more than a few hundred pounds, replacement often makes better sense. We'll give you honest numbers for both options so you can decide.
