What we do
A blocked drain never picks a convenient moment. Whether it's a slow-draining kitchen sink, a toilet that won't flush away, or an outside drain backing up into the garden, we carry the professional kit to clear it fast — drain rods, mechanical augers and high-pressure water jetting.
Clearing the blockage is only half the job. We'll tell you what caused it — fat build-up, scale, root ingress, a collapsed section — and what to do so it doesn't come straight back. For recurring problems we can arrange CCTV drain surveys to find the real fault underground.

Your questions, answered
Why does my drain keep blocking?
Recurring blockages usually point to an underlying fault — a bellied or damaged pipe, root ingress, or heavy scale. A CCTV survey shows exactly what's going on so you fix the cause, not just the symptom.
Is drain jetting safe for old pipes?
In experienced hands, yes. We assess the pipework first and adjust pressure accordingly. Jetting is far kinder to old pipes than repeated aggressive rodding.
Whose responsibility is a blocked drain?
Inside your boundary it's generally yours; shared drains and public sewers are usually the water company's. We'll tell you honestly if your blockage is the water company's job — that advice is free.
